After reading the rave reviews, I was eager to try out Mama Yen's Chili Crisp and indeed, I was blown away. Now, this is the first thing I reach for when I am making lunches. It has a decent amount of heat, but nothing too painful. On the contrary, it adds a nice garlic-y taste -- so amazing!
